About David Chase

David Chase helps small business owners in the Coachella Valley and across Southern California keep more of what they earn through tax strategy, business funding, debt elimination, investment advisory, and retirement planning. When you opt in to our text messaging program, you can expect to receive messages related to your inquiry and the services you requested, such as appointment scheduling and confirmations, consultation reminders, account or service updates, customer care, and (where you have specifically consented) promotional offers and updates about our services.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your phone number and checking a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to the following text messaging terms:

Opting Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you are messaging with. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a recurring frequency that may vary depending on your interaction with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
